Sabrina Park

Sabrina Park is an accomplished senior director specializing in global talent management, currently serving at HubSpot since October 2024, and previously held the same title at Rivian from March 2020 to November 2024. Sabrina's extensive experience in organizational effectiveness spanned over a decade at Apria Healthcare, where roles included Senior Director and Director of Organizational Effectiveness. Prior to that, positions at CareFusion, Infosys Consulting, Starbucks Coffee Company, and Washington Mutual Bank contributed to a solid foundation in talent management and organizational development. Sabrina holds an MBA from Drucker School of Management and an MA in Organizational Behavior from Claremont Graduate University, where a PhD is currently in progress, alongside a BA in Psychology from UC Irvine.
