Shefali Sapra

Shefali Sapra is an experienced engineering manager with a robust background in software engineering and leadership. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at ID.me since February 2024, Shefali previously held the same title at LinkedIn from February 2022 to February 2024 and led the KYC team at Robinhood from September 2021 to January 2022. Shefali's tenure at Salesforce spanned nearly a decade, during which Shefali progressed from Manager, Software Engineering to Senior Manager, Software Engineering, leading the Platform Integration engineering teams. Earlier in their career, Shefali worked at QuadraMed, starting as a Senior Software Engineer and advancing through various technical roles. Shefali holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from George Mason University and has completed Executive Education in Negotiation and Influence at the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley.
