Riya Jindal

Riya Jindal has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Riya currently holds the position of Vice President, HR Business Partner at IDB Bank. Prior to this, they worked at The Carlyle Group as a Human Resources Generalist, where they supported business partners with various HR initiatives, implemented a DEI strategy, and assisted with hiring and onboarding processes. Before that, they worked at Geller & Company as a Human Capital Generalist, where they analyzed HR metrics, managed talent management initiatives, and made recommendations for HR strategies. Riya also worked as a Human Capital Coordinator at Geller & Company, where they played a key role in supporting performance management and offboarding processes. Additionally, Riya has experience as a Human Resources Coordinator at Bluewolf, an IBM Company, where they ensured the successful integration of a company acquisition and managed onboarding and exit processes. Riya also worked as a Human Resources Co-Op at Intarcia Therapeutics, Inc., supporting projects related to people management and talent acquisition. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Research Assistant at Northeastern University, where they managed experiments and conducted data analysis, and as an Administrator at Enquiron, where they provided HR services and assisted with data analysis. Riya also gained experience in the retail industry as a Retail Sales Associate at Abercrombie & Fitch.

Riya Jindal, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a Minor in International Affairs from Northeastern University, which was obtained from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed high school at Collège du Léman from 2010 to 2012 and at Hunterdon Central Regional High School from 2008 to 2010. In addition to their education, Riya has also obtained certifications, including SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in September 2019 and Salesforce Platform Developer I from Salesforce in 2017.
