Riddhi Doshi

Riddhi Doshi has extensive work experience in various roles related to HR and finance. Riddhi'smost recent position is as the Head of People - APAC at Ideagen since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Amdocs for over 12 years, starting in 2009 as the HR Business Lead - APAC, where they were responsible for various HR processes and programs. Riddhi has also held positions as the Finance & HR Manager at ChangingWorlds from 2007 to 2009, an Accountant at bp in 2007, and an Assistant Accountant at Pempena Group of Companies from 2003 to 2006. Riddhi'searly career includes a role as an Audit Executive at Raki Thomas & Ramanan from 2001 to 2003.

Riddhi Doshi received their Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) degree in HR in 2022. Riddhi also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance from Nottingham University Business School Malaysia, which they completed between 2008 and 2010. Prior to that, they obtained the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants qualification from FTMS Business School & Systematic College in the years 1999 to 2001. Riddhi completed their A Levels at Methodist College Kuala Lumpur (MCKL) from 1997 to 1999, and their O Levels at Fairview International School in 1997.
