Darrell Moore

Darrell Moore has a strong background in total rewards and HR operations, with over 30 years of experience in various leadership roles. Darrell is currently serving as the Senior Director and Head of Total Rewards at PROCEPT BioRobotics since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Director of Total Rewards at Illumio from May 2021 to September 2022. Darrell also held the position of Vice President of Global Total Rewards and HR Operations at Exact Sciences from November 2019 to July 2020, following its acquisition of Genomic Health. At Genomic Health, they served as both the Vice President and Senior Director of Global Total Rewards from 2009 to 2019. Before joining Genomic Health, Darrell was the Director of Compensation and Benefits at Lam Research from 2007 to 2009 and Director of Compensation, Benefits & HRMS at SelectBuild Construction in 2007. Darrell also gained extensive experience at Altera Corporation as the Director of Compensation and Benefits from 1999 to 2007. Earlier in their career, Darrell worked at Fujitsu America, Inc., where they held various roles, including Senior Director of Benefits, Director of Compensation and Benefits, Manager of Compensation, Benefits and Systems, and Compensation Analyst. With their deep knowledge and expertise in total rewards and HR, Darrell brings valuable insights and leadership to every organization they have been a part of.

Darrell Moore holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Santa Clara University. Darrell also obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration from California State University, Chico.
