Jeff Confenti

Jeff Confenti has extensive experience in technical support and engineering within the networking and cybersecurity fields. Currently serving as a Senior Escalation Engineer at Illumio since October 2018, Jeff focuses on the Illumio Adaptive Security Platform® to enhance security and regulatory compliance across various environments. Prior to this role, Jeff held multiple escalation engineer positions at Riverbed Technology, where responsibilities included providing support for WAN optimization products and achieving exceptional customer satisfaction ratings. Previous experience includes roles as a Support Engineer at Shoretel, a Customer Engineer at Packeteer, a Sales Trainer at Nortel Networks, and an Account Representative at Bay Networks. Jeff holds a B.A. in Liberal Studies from California State University - East Bay and an A.A.S. in Electronics/Computer Networking from Heald College-Hayward.
