Lex Weaver

Lex Weaver has a diverse work experience, starting in 2020 as a Certified Health and Wellness Coach at Noom Inc. They later took on the role of Treasurer, where they managed a budget of $8,000 for the Black and African American ERG. In this position, they led meetings, created events for the community, advocated for more inclusion for Black employees, and worked as part of a team. They continued their main role as a health coach during this time. In 2022, they joined the Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization as an Equity Associate (DEI). In this position, they provide leadership support in addressing equity issues and support the implementation of IRCO's overall Equity Plan and micro-equity plans. They also foster a culture of trauma-informed care, anti-racism, community care, wellness, diversity, and inclusion.

Lex Weaver has a diverse education background. In 2013, they enrolled at the University of Minnesota Duluth and pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology, which they completed in 2017. Afterward, in 2019, Lex attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where they obtained a Holistic Health Coach certification in Integrative Nutrition in 2020.

In addition to their formal education, Lex also obtained a certification in Fundamentals of Waterfall Project Management. This certification was achieved in April 2023 from the Project Management Institute.
