Nick Parnell

Nick Parnell is a seasoned culinary professional currently serving as the Regional Executive Chef at Impact Food Group since August 2023. Prior to this role, Nick held the position of Regional Development Chef at Chartwells UK from January 2022 to August 2023. Nick's experience includes managing the Covid 19 NHS Track and Trace Mobile Test Unit at Sodexo and serving as Executive Chef for Emirates and Regional Lounges as well as Development Chef for Aviation Services at Sodexo Prestige Venues & Events from August 2014 to October 2020. Nick began a career in culinary development at Unilever Food Solutions, where responsibilities included creating bespoke customer concepts and innovating new products for over a decade. Nick's culinary journey also includes tenure at Dormy House Hotel, where progression occurred from Commis to Chef de Partie across various kitchen areas. Educational achievements include a Royal Academy of Culinary Arts Diploma in Professional Cookery obtained from Bournemouth College between 1998 and 2001.
