Jorge Andrés J. has worked at several companies since 2007. Jorge Andrés was the Co-Founder of Noise Club, a cultural and music venue, from 2007 to 2014. During this time, they were responsible for management and full-operation, government compliance, public relations, massive event planning, facilities renovation, business development, and marketing and production of international music and cultural events. Jorge Andrés also co-founded Epicuro/Jardin Marketing Agency in 2014 and Graduate School of Monterrey (ISEM) in Mexico in 2014. From 2012 to 2018, they were the Principal Owner of Valco - Solutions in Construction, where they were responsible for executive management and negotiation, strategic partnerships, public and private sector sales/tenders, procurement, recruitment, and organization development and new product and services development. Jorge Andrés also achieved international partnerships with national exclusivity of commercial, distribution and representation activities. Lastly, from 2018 to present, they have been the Senior Management - Head of Business-to-Consumer Division (B2C) at Impactpool, where they are responsible for leading, strategizing, evidence-based decision making, management, development and business growth of the B2C division as part of the Senior Management. Jorge Andrés also serves as an Executive Search Global Consultant for International Organizations, Multi-laterals, International NGOs, Financial Institutions, Research Institutions, and diverse United Nations agencies both headquarters and international offices (Americas, Europe, Africa, Asia). Additionally, they are the Academic Partnerships head serving the most prestigious institutions such as Harvard Kennedy School, SDA Bocconi School of Management, Columbia School of Public Affairs, etc. Jorge Andrés is also the Premium Products Manager and Regional Business Developer (Americas), where they are responsible for innovative business development of all premium products and services with outstanding results such as 100% revenue increase, optimizing processes achieving 50% on budget reduction, and dramatically ramping up the acquisition of paying users to more than 100% while reducing user churn rate by 30%. Jorge Andrés is also the host and producer of the Impactpool Premium Podcasts.

Jorge Andrés J. has a Master's degree from SDA Bocconi in Business and Government Relations. Jorge Andrés also has an incomplete Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Université Lumière Lyon 2. Jorge Andrés has an International Business Administration - BBA (International Program) from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León. Additionally, they have studied Business/Managerial Economics at Tecnológico de Monterrey and attended Lycée Anglo-Francais.
