Huan Yan is a highly experienced professional currently working at Impossible Foods since November 2015. Prior to this, Huan worked at Food Safety Analytics and Kent State University. Huan's expertise lies in analytical chemistry, food quality control, and research in the fields of soft/bio materials, nanoparticles, and microfluidics. Huan holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Physics from Kent State University and is currently pursuing an MBA for Executives from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
