Position Overview  

We are seeking a Creative Services Manager to lead our creative department. This role will be pivotal in shaping the visual and creative direction of our marketing efforts, ensuring they are impactful, cohesive, and aligned with our brand's values and goals. The Manager will oversee the creative process from concept to execution, collaborating closely with growth marketing, sales, and external agencies. 

Creative Services Manager Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement creative strategies that enhance our brand's visibility and engagement across various platforms.
  • Lead and inspire a team of creative professionals, including graphic designers, content creators, and video producers.
  • Oversee hiring and management of new internal creative services roles.
  • Create and maintain processes that produce timely assets that perform.
  • Oversee the production of all marketing materials, including content for digital campaigns, print media, social media, case studies, and thought leadership. Align these deliverables to corporate branding and ensure high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with growth marketing and sales teams to create compelling campaigns that drive lead generation and customer retention.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors, ensuring deliverables meet our strategic objectives and quality standards.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and apply best practices in creative design and marketing strategies.
  • Manage the creative department's budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in creative design and leadership, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of leading a creative team and delivering compelling marketing projects.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a broad range of creative work.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Experience balancing a team of internal resources as well as managing external agencies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and content creation trends.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
