Darlice Rocha

Darlice Rocha, MPH, is a seasoned professional in public health with extensive experience in program management and health equity initiatives. Currently serving as the Health Equity Program Manager at Independence Blue Cross since April 2022, Darlice has held various roles that include Public Health Project Manager at Public Health Management Corporation and Director of Quality Project Management at NYC Health + Hospitals. As a Freelance Creative Producer since October 2019, Darlice has also contributed to diverse projects. Educationally, Darlice holds a Master of Public Health with a focus on Management and Policy from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Rutgers University.
