Soumik Chatterjee

Soumik Chatterjee has a diverse work experience in the field of data science and research. soumik is currently working as a Senior Data Scientist at Index Exchange since June 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Lead Data Scientist at GoTo Group from November 2019 to June 2023. Soumik also worked as a Lead data Scientist at Target from December 2017 to October 2019. Before that, they were a Data Scientist at Unbxd Inc from August 2016 to November 2017. Soumik's experience also includes a role as a Research Scientist at Amazon.com from May 2015 to July 2016, and as a Data Science Specialist at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from July 2014 to April 2015. soumik has also worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Cornell Lab of Ornithology from June 2013 to June 2014 and as a Graduate Student Instructor at the University of Michigan from August 2012 to April 2013. Soumik Chatterjee began their education at St. Xavier's College, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Statistics from 2006 to 2009. soumik then continued their studies at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, completing a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree in Statistics from 2009 to 2011. In pursuit of further academic achievement, Soumik enrolled at the University of Michigan from 2012 to 2014, earning a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Statistics.
