Suzanna Morris has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Suzanna began their career at L'Oréal in 2000 as a National Account Manager, where they worked until 2004. Suzanna then joined dunnhumby in 2004 and held various roles, including Solutions Director, Head of Solutions in France, and VP Client Solutions in Canada. In 2017, they joined Metro Inc. as a Senior Director, specializing in Loyalty & Customer Intelligence. Since 2018, they have been working at Indigo, initially as the Vice President of Loyalty & Customer Intelligence and currently as the Vice President of Customer Data, Analytics & Loyalty.

From 1996 to 2000, Suzanna Morris attended the University of Oxford where they earned their MA degree in Modern Languages.
