Rachel Roller

Rachel Roller has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Rachel started their career as a Human Resources Intern at Mulling Corporation in 2015 and later interned at Porsche Cars North America in 2017. In 2016, they worked as a Human Resources Intern at The Coca-Cola Company.

Rachel then joined Oglethorpe University in 2014 as a Student Ambassador and went on to serve as the Manager of Visitor Experience from 2018 to 2021. During their time at Oglethorpe University, they also worked as an Interim Greek Life Coordinator in 2019.

In 2021, Rachel transitioned to FullStory, where they held various roles. Rachel started as a Recruiting Coordinator in February 2021 and later became a Recruiting Operations Specialist from January 2022 to June 2022. From June 2022 to September 2022, they worked as a People Operations Data Analyst at FullStory.

Currently, Rachel is an Analyst specializing in People Analytics at Inmar Intelligence, starting in November 2022. Overall, Rachel has gained valuable experience in human resources, recruitment, and data analysis throughout their career.

Rachel Roller earned a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The University of Georgia, which they attended from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and Economics at Oglethorpe University, where they studied from 2013 to 2017.
