Brittani Kiger, MSIT

Brittani Kiger, MSIT has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. From 2014-2016, they were a Peer Mentor, Student, and Computer Information Systems Tutor at California University of Pennsylvania. In 2016, they held Library Aide and Library Information Systems Assistant positions at Manderino Library. In 2017, they were a Customer Service Specialist at Best Buy. From 2014-2018, they were a Customer Service Sales Representative at TeleTech. In 2018, they were a Data Operations Engineer at Innovu, LLC and a Junior SQL Server Database Administrator at RDX (Remote DBA Experts). In their roles, they have performed data cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure proper data quality, analyzed complex data to find anomalies and trends, administered, supported, and monitored databases, created backups on databases, and performed queries to troubleshoot alerts.

Brittani Kiger, MSIT obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems from PennWest California in 2018. Brittani then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Information Technology, Database Systems Technology from the University of Maryland Global Campus, which they completed in 2020.
