Alessandra Quartesan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2003, they worked as an Urban Development Specialist at RPA, evaluating safeguards compliance and preparing restoration plans for historical buildings. In 2003, they also worked at CONSORZIO PROTECNO as an Architect, Urban and Regional Planner, Cultural Heritage and Quality Control Specialist, managing quality control and preparing proposals for national and international bids.

From 2005 to 2005, Alessandra worked as an Architect at LORENA ZAMORA-RIVAS. Alessandra then joined the Inter-American Development Bank in 2006 as a Local Economic Development Specialist, where they developed and directed multilateral-funded projects and programs.

In 2012, Alessandra held two roles. At Oxfam, they worked as a Housing and Urban Development Specialist, supporting the proposal preparation for an international bidding solicited by the American Red Cross. Simultaneously, at the Italian Ministry of Economic Development and Regione Umbria, Alessandra worked as a Local Economic Development Specialist, building strategic partnerships with the Chinese government for urban development and management.

In 2013, Alessandra became the Founding Partner and Managing Director of Autentica LTD, a tourism company focused on linking cultural heritage and traditional production. Alessandra successfully raised funds for the company through startup competitions, including EU funds.

Their most recent role, starting in 2016, is as the Head of Operations at InspiraFarms. In this position, they implement lean six sigma-oriented processes to enhance operational performance and efficiency. Alessandra also establishes visual management systems to track and improve staff performance, determines team performance and targeted KPIs to achieve organizational objectives, and develops global logistics for export. Additionally, Alessandra has reduced costs and timelines in product workflow, inventory and supply chain management, and warehouse-logistics.

In 2013, Alessandra took a Statistics Course - Professor Andrew Conway at Princeton University through COURSERA.

Between 1995 and 2002, Alessandra studied at Università Iuav di Venezia, where they earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Architecture with a focus on Urban and Regional Planning.

From 1990 to 1995, Alessandra attended Liceo Classico "Annibale Mariotti" and focused on classical studies.
