Egle Šilėnaitė-Enyed has a diverse work experience that spans from 2010 to the present. Egle started their career as an intern at Tourinform office in 2010. Egle then worked at SabeeApp, where they held multiple roles including Customer Service Representative, Customer Service Manager, and PR and Communication Manager. After that, they joined Bookinglayer as a Customer Success Manager and later joined Intercom as a Customer Support Specialist.

Egle Šilėnaitė-Enyed began their education journey in 2007 at Klaipedos Universitetas, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Recreation and Tourism in 2011. Egle then pursued further studies at Pannonia University from 2011 to 2013, earning a Master's degree in Tourism Management. In addition to their formal education, Egle has also obtained several certifications. In 2019, they completed courses in Content Marketing, Contextual Marketing, Email Marketing, HubSpot Marketing Software, and Inbound from HubSpot. Most recently, in 2023, they obtained certifications in "Delivering a world-class customer support experience" and "Provide a great customer support experience" from Intercom.
