Daniel Forti currently serves as a Senior Analyst for UN Advocacy and Research at the International Crisis Group, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Daniel accumulated extensive experience at the International Peace Institute from June 2018 to April 2023, where titles included Research Fellow, Senior Policy Analyst, and Policy Analyst. Daniel's academic involvement at Columbia University included positions as a Graduate Research Assistant and Graduate Teaching Assistant in the School of International and Public Affairs. Additional experience includes a consultancy with the U.S. Department of State, an internship with the United Nations, and research roles at the African Centre for the Constructive Resolution of Disputes. Daniel holds a Master's Degree in International Relations and Affairs from Columbia University and an AB in Public Policy Studies from Duke University, complemented by international experiences and an International Baccalaureate from the United Nations International School.
