IPAA NSW is the professional association for those who work in, or with, the NSW public sector. 

We are a non-profit, non-partisan, member-based organisation that promotes excellence and pride in public service across Australia. We believe in power for purpose – when we work together for the public good, we can enact meaningful change in the places we love.

Our mission is to support people in the public service to be at their best - for themselves, their careers, and the people of NSW. We strive to build the capabilities and connections of people in public service, and support the advancement of the NSW public sector. We help NSW public servants flourish in their careers through our range of course offerings, networking events and insights.
