Laura Roe

Laura Roe has an extensive work experience in talent acquisition. Laura currently holds the position of Global Head of Talent Acquisition at IPL since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Microsoft as Global Talent Acquisition, EMEA Talent Sourcing from April 2021 to October 2021. Before that, they were Talent Acquisition Manager at Trinity College Dublin from December 2016 to January 2020. Laura also served as Talent Acquisition Europe, Senior Manager at Mylan from March 2012 to November 2016, and as Resourcing Manager at Vodafone Ireland from May 2011 to March 2012. Laura started their career at State Street as Manager, Talent Acquisition (AVP) from November 2009 to April 2011, and later worked at Bank of America as Senior Manager Talent Acquisition (VP) from November 2005 to December 2008.

Laura Roe holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Ashland University. Laura also obtained a Talent Sourcing Certificate from The People Attraction Theory in August 2021.
