Janet L Nanni, SHRM-CP, PHR has over 25 years of experience in the field of human resources. Janet L is currently the Director of Human Resources at Ipsen USA since April 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Zenith Cutter, A Fisher Barton Company from May 2014 to April 2020. Before that, they were the Human Resources Manager at BVR Technologies, an Esterline Company from October 2008 to May 2014. Janet also held the position of Human Resources Manager at American Purpac Technologies from 2003 to 2008, where they played a key role in starting up the company and later oversaw its acquisition by Wild Flavors, Inc. Janet L started their career as the first full-time Human Resources Manager at Fehr-Graham & Associates from 2000 to 2003, where they transformed the HR function into a formalized department. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Representative at Textron Fastening Systems from 1995 to 2000, handling various HR functions including benefits administration, FMLA, AAP, recruiting, and merger issues. Janet holds certifications in SHRM-CP and PHR.

Janet L Nanni, SHRM-CP, PHR obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Janet L has also earned certifications such as a SHRM-CP from SHRM in July 2015 and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute. Janet has demonstrated their dedication to professional development by also obtaining a Lean Knowledge Certified - Bronze level certification from the Society of Manufacturing Engineers.
