Kelsey Mather

Kelsey Mather has a diverse work experience that began in 2015. Kelsey started as an HR Intern at Promega Biosciences, where they worked on various HR projects and administrative tasks. In 2015, they also worked as an Administrative Assistant & Tasting Room Attendant at Denner Vineyards, a small estate winery in California. At Denner Vineyards, Kelsey assisted with administrative duties and customer service in the tasting room.

In 2018, Kelsey joined Irdeto, a technology company, as a Talent Acquisition and Engagement Coordinator. In this role, they supported talent acquisition efforts and engaged employees. Kelsey then transitioned to the role of Learning and Development Specialist in 2019, where they focused on employee training and development initiatives.
