David Kelly has a diverse work experience in various roles within the software and technology industry. David started their career in 2003 as a Technical Account Manager for Enterprise Clients at Qqest Software Systems Inc. David was responsible for installation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for a time and attendance employee management software system. From 2008 to 2013, they worked at Qqest Software Systems and served as a Senior Escalation Technician and later as a Support Manager. In these roles, they provided technical support and troubleshooting for large companies, managed support teams, and handled hiring and training. In 2013, David joined Infinisource as a Senior Strategic Alliance Support Specialist and later became a Solutions Architect. David provided technical client support and consulted on product implementations. Since 2018, David has been working at iSolved HCM as a Director of Operations, focusing on improving business operations and creating a positive work environment.

David Kelly attended the Southwest Academy of Technology from 1985 to 1986, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Drafting/Design Engineering Technologies/Technicians.
