Kelsey M.

Kelsey M. has an extensive work experience, beginning in 2014 as a volunteer for the International Rescue Committee. Kelsey then worked as an English Teaching Assistant for the Fulbright Association in the same year. In 2015, Kelsey M. was a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Univerzitet u Nišu and a Project Manager at NorthStar Serbia, where they co-founded and directed the "Guiding Light" project. In 2017, Kelsey M. held multiple positions, including Freelance Proofreader at Alkemist Hrvatska, QA Analyst and Technical Support Specialist at Mish Guru, and Freelance Copyeditor at EETech Media & Marketing. In 2020, they were a Quality Assurance Engineer at Issuu, and in 2021 they were a Quality Control Analyst at Infobip. Kelsey M. is currently the Head of QA at Issuu.

Kelsey M. obtained a Master's Degree in Philology from Univerzitet u Nišu between 2015 and 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Theirtory and English, Linguistics from Boise State University between 2009 and 2013. In 2019, they obtained a ISTQB Foundation Level Software Testing certification from ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board. Additionally, Kelsey M. has Humanitarian Training from REDR UK.
