Rui Dinis Silva

Rui Dinis Silva has been working in the tech industry since 2007. From 2007 to 2011, they were a Professional Freelancer, developing web applications and intranets using Django, Symfony2, Angular and other technologies. Rui Dinis also managed the infrastructure of some of the web apps. From 2011 to 2016, they were a Full-Stack Developer at Eurotux, SA. From 2016 to 2020, they were the Lead Developer at Attentive, where they worked with Python, Django, DRF, Angular, Kubernetes, and PostgreSQL. In 2020, they became a Backend Engineer at Uphold Inc. and in 2021, they took on the roles of Tech Lead and Full Stack Engineer at Issuu.

Rui Dinis Silva completed a Masters in Informatics with a focus on Ubiquitous Computing at Universidade do Minho in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Degree in Computer Science from Universidade do Minho in 2012. In 2014, they also obtained two Coursera Verified Certificates, one for Programming Mobile Applications for Android Handheld Systems and one for Creative, Serious and Playful Science of Android Apps.
