Lenka Kolarova

Lenka Kolarova is a seasoned professional in the investment sector, currently serving as VP of Investments at Istria Capital since January 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing a portfolio of over 30 operating companies and 100 search funds globally. As an Executive Advisor at Kolar Ventures since January 2018, Lenka focuses on M&A and venture capital fundraising, along with investor relations and interim CFO roles for technology startups. Lenka contributed as a Specialist Advisor to the International Search Funds Center at IESE Business School from 2013 to 2022, leading international research studies in collaboration with Stanford Graduate School of Business. Previous experience includes positions as Investment Director at RED Capital Partners and SeedRocket 4Founders Capital, as well as Vice President of Technology Investment Banking at GP Bullhound. Early career roles include positions at Morgan Stanley and Deloitte, supporting a strong foundation in corporate finance and investment banking. Lenka holds an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from IESE Business School and an MSc in Economics, Finance, and Accounting from Prague University of Economics and Business.
