Steve Beeson

Steve Beeson has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Steve started their career at McDonald's, where they worked as a Business Manager for 15 years. Afterward, they joined Tesco as an Express Store Manager, a position they held for five years. Steve then moved on to Serco, where they served as a Business Support Team Manager for two years. Steve then transitioned to ELEXON as a Human Resources Advisor for two years. Following that, they worked as the Head of Human Resources at Enable for a year and four months. Currently, they are employed as the Head of HR at Ito World, where they began working in July 2023. With their extensive experience in various roles and industries, Steve has developed strong skills in HR management and business support.

Steve Beeson completed their Human Resources Management degree in CIPD Level 5 from CIPD Qualifications in 2019. In 2020, they pursued Mental Health First Aid training from MHFA England and became a certified Mental Health First Aider.
