As part of his duties, Charles-Antoine Lussier is in charge of implementing investment strategies in the residential sector at Ivanhoé Cambridge. To this end, he is responsible for the development, acquisitions and disposals of multi-residential real estate assets in Canada, Europe and the Western United States. In addition to contributing to the prospecting and study of new projects, he analyzes investment opportunities and leads due diligence activities, negotiation and the establishment of partnerships, working closely with internal stakeholders. and externally.

Mr. Lussier has worked in the real estate and financial sector for more than 15 years, where he has accumulated extensive skills in negotiation and in implementing investment strategies in different territories. Over the years, he has taken part in numerous direct transactions or partnerships in North America, Europe and Asia. He joined Cadim (Ivanhoé Cambridge) in 2002 as an analyst. In 2011, he joined the residential group as Director, Investments before being appointed Vice-President, Investments, Residential in March 2017.

Charles-Antoine Lussier holds a bachelor's degree in finance from HEC Montréal and a master's degree in finance from the University of Sherbrooke. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
