SVP, Real Estate Investment Funds at Ivanhoé Cambridge

Isabelle Martin is responsible for the Real Estate Investment Funds business unit and the implementation of investment strategies used by Ivanhoé Cambridge for global funds, including Proptech initiatives . In this role, she is responsible for identifying, negotiating and executing investment opportunities around the world. In addition to contributing to project prospecting and evaluation, she analyzes investment opportunities and oversees due diligence, negotiation and implementation of partnerships, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Ms. Martin has worked for more than 20 years in the field of finance and investments. Hired by Ivanhoé Cambridge in 2011 as Senior Director, Transactions, Hotels, then promoted to Vice-President, Real Estate Investment Funds, she previously held various positions at Ernst & Young in Montreal, Paris and New York.

Isabelle Martin holds a bachelor's degree in commerce from the École des Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC) in Montreal and is a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Quebec. She currently sits on the board of the Baluchon Alzheimer Foundation.
