John Dy

John Dy currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Jardine Schindler Group since August 2023. Prior to this role, John Dy accumulated extensive experience at JLL from June 2017 to July 2023, where positions included People Partner, Chief Operating Officer, and Head of Human Resources. John's career in human resources and operations further spans several leadership roles at GENPACT, including Country People Function Leader and Vice President positions focused on Talent Acquisition, Training, and Service Delivery. Additional experience includes Call Center Head at EastWest Banking Corporation, Site Director and Training/Operations Manager at ePLDT Ventus, Program Manager and CitiPhone Officer at Citibank, and Marketing Assistant at Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI). John Dy earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from Ateneo de Manila University, completing studies there from 1988 to 1992, and attended Lourdes School QC from 1984 to 1988.
