Brian Douglas

Brian Douglas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and positions. Brian most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer for Jobs for the Future, a national non-profit organization focused on promoting economic advancement. Prior to that, they held the role of Executive Vice President, Finance and Administration, and Treasurer at Wheaton College (MA), where they oversaw various functional areas such as finance, IT, and human resources. Brian also worked as an Associate Vice President at the University of Massachusetts, where they managed budgeting and financial planning for the university system. Additionally, they served as the Chief Technology Officer and Associate Vice President of Learning Technologies at UMassOnline, where they consolidated the distance learning programs onto a single platform. Earlier in their career, Brian was a Program Manager at NACUBO, managing research projects in higher education policy and finance. Brian began their career as a Development Assistant at the Wildlife Habitat Council.

Brian Douglas attended Peekskill High School from 1986 to 1989. Brian then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Religion at Colgate University from 1989 to 1993. Brian furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Education degree in Education Administration and Policy from Harvard University from 1999 to 2000.
