John Francis

John Francis has a diverse work experience spanning different roles in HR. John'smost recent role was as a Senior Manager in the People and Culture department at Jombone, starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Jombone from March 2022 to March 2023.

Before joining Jombone, John worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at who why what starting in December 2022.

From 2019 to 2021, they were an Employee Lifecycle Specialist at McCain Foods, where they gained extensive experience in HRIS systems and stakeholder management. John also completed a special project on designing the Competency Framework and Career mapping for the team.

John's earlier experience includes roles at Mindtree as an Associate Manager and Senior Associate, where they supported business units, conducted qualitative HR discussions, and implemented performance management and compensation cycles.

John also worked at Tata Elxsi as a Human Resources Associate, managing onboarding and policy implementation, as well as recruitment processes and training programs. Prior to that, they had internships at Logitech and Nippon Paint India, gaining exposure to different aspects of HR.

John Francis completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Marketing at Loyola College, Chennai from 2008 to 2011. John then pursued a Master of Human Resource and Organisational Development degree in HR OD at the University of Madras from 2011 to 2013.
