Jessie Benedict has worked as an Administrative Assistant at SG5 PTE LTD since 2019. In 2021, they began working as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at both the Mills Lab and the Lebrilla Lab at the University of California, Davis. In 2022, they began working as an Undergraduate Research Assistant (Strain Engineering) at Oobli (formerly Joywell Foods).
Jessie Benedict is currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Biotechnology at the University of California, Davis, which they began in 2019 and is expected to complete in 2023. Prior to this, they completed the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) at St Joseph's Institution (SJI) in 2017-2018. Jessie also completed the GCE O-Level at Anglican High School between 2013 and 2016. Jessie has also obtained certifications in UC Davis Biosafety Level 2 Online Training, UC Davis Bloodborne Pathogen Awareness, and UC Laboratory Safety Fundamentals from the University of California, Davis and University of California respectively, in October 2021.
