∴ Matt Bauman

Matt Bauman has a diverse work experience in the field of research and engineering. ∴ Matt started their career as a Lab Technician at Northwestern University from 2006 to 2010. ∴ Matt then joined the University of Pittsburgh as a Graduate Student Researcher, where they worked from 2010 to 2016. During this time, they also served as a Research Scientist and Data Science for Social Good Fellow at the Center for Data Science and Public Policy @ University of Chicago in 2016 and 2017. In 2018, Matt Bauman joined Julia Computing as a Senior Research Scientist, and later took on roles as Director of Applications Engineering in 2020 and Director of Sales Engineering in 2022.

Matt Bauman received their education at two institutions. From 2002 to 2006, they attended Goshen College, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree. During their time there, they double majored in Mathematics and Physics. Subsequently, from 2010 to 2018, they attended the University of Pittsburgh, where they earned a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Bioengineering.
