Ahmed Ismail

Ahmed Ismail has extensive experience in human resources and talent development. Ahmed began their career in 2007 as a Training and Development Specialist at Orascom Telecom Holding. Ahmed then worked as a Learning and Development Supervisor at Nestlé and HTC, where they were responsible for designing and implementing training programs. Ahmed also served as a Learning and Development Manager at Research In Motion, where they developed competency-based training curricula and coordinated various training programs. Ahmed later joined LG Electronics as a part-time Retail Technical & Sales Trainer, conducting training sessions for mobile products. Ahmed then worked at Imdad as a Talent Development & OD Manager, where they focused on talent management, training, and recruitment. Ahmed also served as a freelance Human Resources Consultant at Ajman Markets Cooperative Society. Most recently, Ahmed held the position of Head of Human Resources at Numerus Group, where they built the HR department from the ground up and spearheaded strategic HR initiatives and operations. Ahmed is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at Julphar.

Ahmed Ismail holds a CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in HR Management from ICS Learn, obtained between 2017 and 2019. Ahmed also has a Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services from The American University in Cairo, obtained in 2010. In the same year, they obtained a Diploma in Cambridge Professional Diploma for Teachers and Trainers from the University of Cambridge. Ahmed pursued a Masters of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport starting in 2011, and it is unclear when they completed this degree. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Abbass Al Akkad Exp. Lang, achieving a degree of 90% between 1991 and 2004. Additionally, Ahmed has obtained various certifications, such as Certified Professional Sales Trainer from London Academy of Professional Training-LAPT Ltd, London UK in 2021 and Organizational Development in Practice from HRCI in 2021. Ahmed has also received certifications from various other institutions such as the University of Michigan and LinkedIn in subjects including Talent Management and Personal Branding.
