Demba Sonko is currently the Head of Customer Experience at Jumia Sénégal, a role they began in August 2022. Demba also previously held the position of Quality Control Manager at Jumia Sénégal from August 2020 to August 2022. Before their time at Jumia Sénégal, they worked at Jumia Kenya as the Head of Customer Experience starting in August 2022.
