Paige Belt

Paige Belt, PhD, is the Head of UX Research at Veradigm® as of April 2024, focusing on enhancing the user experience of the leading ambulatory Electronic Health Records in the U.S. Concurrently, since August 2018, Paige serves as the Senior Director of UX Research at Juul Labs, where responsibilities include overseeing user research across hardware and software teams to address the issue of combustible cigarettes. Previous roles encompass positions as Director of UX Research at Castlight Health, where Paige led user research for healthcare management tools, and Senior UX Researcher at LaborVoices, advocating for low-wage workers' rights. Additionally, Paige has experience with research management at Innovations for Poverty Action and program initiatives at Nuru International, alongside earlier academic roles at the University of Bristol and Arizona State University. Paige holds a Ph.D. in Social Anthropology from the University of Bristol and a BA in Anthropology from Arizona State University.
