Joel Johnson

Joel Johnson's work experience includes positions at Kapture CX, Team Striderz Racing, and The Kerala Minerals & Metals Limited. Joel currently works as a Technical Support Executive at Kapture CX. Previously, they held a role in Operations at the same company. Prior to that, Joel was a Member of the Chassis Department at Team Striderz Racing, where they contributed to the development of off-road buggies for the SAE BAJA Competition. Joel also completed a 10-day Industrial Training program at The Kerala Minerals & Metals Limited in the Titanium Dioxide Pigment Unit.

Joel Johnson completed their Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from Saintgits College of Engineering (Autonomous) from 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, they pursued their Higher Secondary Education in Science at St. Stephens Higher Secondary School, Pathanapuram from 2015 to 2017. Joel completed their High School Education at Al Ameen Public School in India from 2012 to 2015.

In terms of additional certifications, Joel obtained the Virtual Internship at G E from Forage in March 2022. Joel also achieved a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC) in November 2021 and a Certified Solid Works Associate certification from Dassault Systèmes in October 2020. Furthermore, Joel participated in SAE BAJA 2020 organized by BAJA SAEINDIA in March 2020.
