Scott Ahlman

Scott Ahlman has extensive work experience in engineering and vehicle dynamics, with a focus on custom chassis solutions for high-performance cars and race cars. Scott has worked as the Vice President of Engineering and Corporate Chief Engineer at Karma Automotive, where they are currently employed. Prior to that, Ahlman served as the Chief Engineer at Ahlman Engineering and Ahlman Performance, where they led the development, sales, and support of custom chassis solutions. Scott also worked as the President of Ahlman Engineering. Ahlman has experience in the automotive industry, having worked at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Ford Motor Company, and Roush Fenway Racing. At Roush Fenway Racing, they were involved in chassis/vehicle dynamics engineering and played a key role in the development of vehicle dynamics tools and methods. Scott has also worked on contract for Archangel Motorsports and Volt Racing's IMSA LMP3 team as a Vehicle Dynamics Engineer. Ahlman's work in vehicle dynamics has resulted in significant contributions, including wins and top placements in races. Scott'sexpertise includes custom suspension solutions, chassis setup recommendations, and the development of proprietary chassis/vehicle dynamics software.

Scott Ahlman completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1988 to 1993. Scott then pursued a Master of Science degree in System Engineering and Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2001 to 2003.
