Mujia Jiang has held a variety of roles in the past decade. In 2010, they were a Flight Attendant at Tigerair, where they were responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to passengers and ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements. In 2012, they joined Qantas as a Freight Solution Adviser, where they were responsible for daily flight operations and liaising with key clientele. In 2017, they joined Invade as a Manager of Growth and Community Manager, where they led a team of 4 sales executives and community managers, and was responsible for overseeing space planning, interior design, legal administration and product creation. In 2019, they became Growth Manager at Janio Asia, where they managed the growth and development of a new B2B product. In 2020, they joined OPUS Asia as a Business Development Manager, where they drove business development for a creative agency with bluechip clients. Finally, in 2021, they joined KAWO as an Account Manager and Account Executive, where they empower teams to achieve greatness with Social Media Management in China.

Mujia Jiang completed a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Management and Marketing from Royal Holloway, University of London between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they completed a Diploma in Aviation Management and Services from Temasek Polytechnic between 2008 and 2011.
