Ann Bindseil

Ann Bindseil, SPHR has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role as the VP Human Resources at Kemper Auto since September 2021. Prior to that, they served as the VP, Regional HR Manager at Chubb from April 2018 to September 2021. Before joining Chubb, Ann worked as the Regional HR Manager at CHS from April 2016 to April 2018, and as the HR Manager at CHS Elburn from December 2009 to April 2016. Ann also gained valuable experience as the Employment Manager at Castle Bank from October 2007 to April 2008. Ann began their HR career at Progressive Insurance, where they held various roles including Recruiting Supervisor, Sr Recruiter, and Contract Recruiter from 1996 to 2007.

Ann Bindseil, SPHR earned their Bachelor's degree in Economics & Business from Eastern Illinois University from 1981 to 1985.
