Mareike Siewert-Hoos

Mareike Siewert-Hoos has a strong background in human resources. Mareike started their career in 2000 as a Personalreferent at Cegelec GmbH & Co. KG, where they worked until 2007. Mareike then joined KfW as a Vice President of Human Resources, a position they held until 2015. From 2015 to 2016, they served as a Senior HR Manager at KfW before being promoted to the role of Director and Team Head of HR at KfW IPEX-Bank in 2016.

Mareike Siewert-Hoos obtained a Staatsexamen degree in Jurastudium, allgemein from The University of Freiburg, where they studied from 1991 to 1994.
