Sean Finnegan currently serves as the Director of Consumer Analytics for Kimberly-Clark in the North America Personal Care division, a position held since September 2022. Prior to this, Sean held several leadership roles at The Kraft Heinz Company, including Head of North America Strategy and CFO of the US Growth Office, contributing to significant strategic initiatives. At Newell Brands, Sean successfully led the Hand Sanitizer business during the COVID-19 pandemic, achieving $200M in annual sales within 90 days. Sean also played a key role in the merger of Jarden Corp and Newell Rubbermaid, facilitating over $500M in synergies ahead of schedule. Sean's earlier experience includes a strategy management role at Accenture, and engineering positions at Norse Energy Corp and BP. Sean holds an MBA in Strategy, Finance, and Accounting from the University of Michigan and a BSc in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
