Meredith Colquitt, PMP

Meredith Colquitt, PMP, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Meredith is currently serving as the Director of Strategic Planning at Kitsap Credit Union since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at AARP Foundation as the WA Skills for the Digital Economy Project Director, managing a team of coaches and career navigators. Under their leadership, the project provided training and coaching to 318 enrollees to enhance their digital skills and compete for in-demand jobs.

Before AARP, Meredith worked at Dexter & Company as a Personal Lines Account Manager from May 2019 to April 2021. Meredith also has experience at Archbright, where they held multiple roles including Director, iPMO and iAdmin, Corporate Project Manager, and Project Manager Consultant. In these positions, they directed strategic projects, collaborated with leadership teams, and was responsible for project planning, reporting, and dashboards.

Earlier in their career, Meredith served as the Project Resource Manager at Archbright, managing business solutions projects and ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery. Meredith also worked as a Business Process & Engagement Specialist and Corporate Administrative Supervisor during their tenure at the same organization. In these roles, they oversaw project management, resource utilization, and implemented process improvements.

Meredith started their career as a Project Coordinator at Univar, providing administrative support and coordination for multiple executives. Meredith also worked at the American Urological Association, where they served as a Consultant Executive Coordinator and Executive Coordinator for Education & Scientific Meetings.

Their career began in the United States Air Force, where they worked as a Secretary to the Commander, handling administrative and scheduling duties for military base leadership and acting as a liaison with government officials. Lastly, they served as a Program Administrative Specialist at Lockheed Martin, overseeing the administration and financial aspects of a large-scale federal project.

Meredith Colquitt, PMP has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Latin American Studies from The University of Texas at Austin. In 2014, they obtained a Certificate in Project Management from Everett Community College. Meredith also holds a Certificate in Spanish Language and Culture from Universidad de Salamanca. In addition to their education, Meredith has obtained various certifications, including the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2014, and an Insurance Producer certification from the Washington State Office of the Insurance Commissioner in September 2019.
