Phil Pearman

Phil Pearman has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Phil is currently working at Klarna as the Operations Group Lead and previously served as the Head of Solutions & Delivery for Klarna's Virtual Shopping division. Prior to that, Phil worked as a Lead Consultant for Pears Consulting Ltd. Phil also held positions at HERO® as the Director of Launch & Brand Integration and as a Launch & Integration lead. Phil has experience in project and programme management, having worked as the Head of Digital Programmes at Etch and as a Programme Delivery Lead and Project Manager at Big Radical. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Project Manager at Monitise Create and KBR, Inc., primarily supporting the Ministry of Defence. Phil also has experience in finance, having worked as a Management Accountant for the NHS and as an Account Executive for Whitestone International.

Phil Pearman attended Bournemouth University from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree. Their field of study included Sports Management, Business, Finance, Consumer Behaviour, and Marketing. Additionally, in May 2015, they obtained the APM Project Management Qualification from University College London.
