Dr. Suzanne Woll

System Engineering Manager at Kodiak

Dr. Suzanne Woll has a wealth of experience in the engineering and program management fields. In 2021, they began working as the System Engineering Manager for Kodiak Robotics, a company that develops autonomous technology for long-haul trucks. From 2015-2021, they were a Program Management Lead for Sandia National Laboratories. From 2012-2015, they were a System Integrator at United Technologies Aerospace Systems (UTAS), responsible for integrating liquid pump packages and preparing system engineering planning and test documentation. From 2007-2012, they held two roles at Hamilton Sundstrand, as a MRJ Primary Power Systems Engineer and a Systems Engineering Manager for the Sabatier reactor system. Dr. Suzanne also held the role of Region F Senator for the Society of Women Engineers from 2009-2012. From 2002-2007, they were a Systems Engineering Group Leader at United Technologies Research Center, responsible for developing and growing the analytical systems engineering capability. Finally, from 1996-2002, they were a Systems Engineer and Materials and Processes Engineer at The Boeing Company, managing a ~$500K CRAD contract and serving as the AFRL Principal Investigator on Materials on International Space Station Experiment (MISSE). Before that, they were a Graduate Student at the University of Connecticut from 1991-1996.

Dr. Suzanne Woll completed their education at the University of Connecticut, earning a BS in Chemical and Materials Engineering in 1987, a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering in 1990, and a PhD in Chemical Engineering in 1995. In 2017, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
