Eliza Rushton

Eliza Rushton has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Eliza started their career at Grill'd Healthy Burgers in 2013 as a Recruitment Assistant and later worked as an HR Coordinator. Eliza then moved to Koko Black Chocolate in 2018, where they held multiple roles including Human Resources Advisor, Senior Human Resources Advisor, and Human Resources Manager. Currently, Eliza is serving as the Head of People and Culture at Koko Black Chocolate.

Eliza Rushton attended the University of Tasmania from 2009 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Business degree with a focus on HR and Entrepreneurship.
