Michael Gidaspow

Michael Gidaspow has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Michael began their career as a Design Engineer at John Crane from 1999 to 2000. Michael then joined Komatsu Construction and held positions such as Product Manager, Manager of Strategy and Corporate Planning, Director of Sales and Marketing, and Vice President of Digital Solutions and Enterprise Strategy. During their time at Komatsu, they played a crucial role in developing the company's strategy, improving business processes, and driving sales and marketing initiatives. Currently, they serve as a Board Member at Hargrove and Associates, Inc., a company specializing in providing data-driven business decisions to companies and trade associations.

Michael Gidaspow received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology in 1999. Michael then went on to earn an MBA with a focus on Marketing Management, Strategic Management, and Economics from the University of Chicago between 2005 and 2008. Prior to these degrees, Michael attended Glenbrook North High School.
