Carol Chen

Vice President, Human Resources, APAC at Konecranes

Carol Chen has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 2000 as a Project Advisor at Deutsche Messe AG. Carol then joined Konecranes in 2005, where they held various roles including Executive Assistant, Admin Manager, Manager Head of Human Resources, Director of Human Resources China, Director of Human Resources APAC, and Vice President of Human Resources APAC. Their most recent position was as Vice President of Human Resources APAC, which they held from January 2017 until the present.

Carol Chen attended the Konecranes leadership program at Harvard University in 2019. Prior to that, they completed the Advanced Human Resource Management Program at SKEMA Business School from 2018 to 2019. In 2011 and 2012, they pursued an EMBA at both Mannheim Business School and Tongji University.
